This Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through RailsDocks, operated by Oak Harbor Ventures, LLC.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your RailsDocks subscription at any time through the billing controls available in your RailsDocks account.

Once canceled, your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your current billing period.

Access After Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, canceling your subscription does not immediately terminate your RailsDocks service. You may continue using the service through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

At the end of that billing period, your subscription will terminate and access to paid RailsDocks services may be discontinued.

Free Trials

If your RailsDocks subscription includes a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first paid billing period.

If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your selected payment method may be charged according to the subscription terms presented when you signed up.

Application and Data Removal

You are responsible for exporting any applications, databases, files, or other data you wish to retain before your RailsDocks service ends.

After your subscription terminates, hosted applications and associated customer data may be removed from RailsDocks systems in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for charges already paid.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Failed or Past-Due Payments

Cancellation is separate from suspension or termination caused by a failed or past-due payment. RailsDocks may restrict or suspend service when payment cannot be successfully collected.
