This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased through RailsDocks, operated by Oak Harbor Ventures, LLC.

Subscription Charges

RailsDocks subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. Except as described below, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not ordinarily result in a refund for the current billing period, and you may continue using the service through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Free Trials

If your subscription begins with a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your selected payment method may be charged for the subscription according to the terms presented when you signed up.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period or that a charge was made in error, please contact us. We will investigate the charge and correct confirmed billing errors.

Service Problems

If a significant service problem prevents you from using RailsDocks as intended, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a full or partial refund or account credit at our discretion.

Temporary interruptions, scheduled maintenance, problems caused by your application or configuration, third-party services outside our control, or violations of our Terms of Service do not automatically qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request review of a charge, contact us and include enough information for us to identify your RailsDocks account and the charge in question.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
